Established in 1996, Geomatika Technology was founded by a devoted group of professional Licensed Surveyor, Mapper and GIS Specialist in developing projects related to spatial information system in the government and private sectors.

Together with Geomatika University College, Geomatika provides accelerated Learning and Training in all related fields such as Remote Sensing and Airborne Radar Systems, Hyperspectral Mapping, Navigation and Survey Systems and many others.

Sr Dr Mohaizi Mohammed
Founder and Geospatial Strategic Planning Consultant
Sr Dr Mohaizi has been consulting on GeoIntelligent Strategic Planning for Government Organisation for 18 years with hand-on experience in the field of Land Survey, GIS, GPS, Geomatic, Land Administration, ICT and Multimedia, Strategic Management, Higher Education, TVET and Multi-Purpose Consultant.
He started the career as Assistant, Deputy and Directors to a few Government Departments such as Survey and Mapping, Remote Sensing Centre (MACRES) and Public Work Department. The task given by the Head of Department was to revitalize ‘sick’ division based on innovative thinking and growth strategies.
He has served 20 years with the Government of Malaysia and accumulated vast experience in the field of Land Survey, GIS, GPS, Geomatic, Soft System, Business Process Reengineering and ISP to make organisation more profitable, dynamic and visionary. He structured the Dept of Survey and Mapping under a few restructuring exercises to be more competitive in the market place. He is a master of change or innovation in workplace especially to respond rapidly to a profound level of change targeted by the clients.
He founded Geomatika Technology Sdn Bhd, Juruukur Mutiara, Geomatika Universities & Colleges and Accredited Centres in the context to explore opportunities as consultants in Land Survey, GIS, GPS, Geomatic, SDI, Land Administration, ICT and Multimedia and Strategic Management Sectors especially on the reorganisation of high profile Government Department with define concept of SKILLS are more important than technology.
The commercial knowledge on wisdom was then utilised by the University College including high end research. The University College in 2012 and Accredited Centres were extended to Kota Kinabalu and Keningau, Sabah, Tg. Malim and Kuching, Sarawak.
